i was always curious about the blog... but dont know how to start it yet. also i dont know if i can keep it up ;P
hope i will...anyways, the reason i start this is because i wanted to start something new because i started my new life with my bf now. everything will be changed from now. maybe good changes but also bad changes.i need to grow up. i need to look back at myself sometimes. and i think writing like this is the best way to do it! also it's good to let my friends know how im doing.
when i write usually write about something negative thoughts in my heart, but in here i try to explode whatever positive and happy :)
i decided many things after i got together with my bf. the biggest thing i decided was "to eat more veges!!!!!!" (definitely)
my bf loves meat... his energy is coming from meat... he doesnt need to eat veges at all... still energetic...
my mom is a vege-person. she believes ppl would die if they dont eat more veges than meats. and i follow the idea.

the other day my bf brought lunch boxes of TONKATSU. they were from very famous KATSU place in Tokyo, and TONKATSU themselves were incredibly rich and fatty!!he loved it. i loved it, too... but later on i got very ill...
we need to eat healthy.i need to make him healthier (and skinnier ;P).
that was what i decided in this week. good thing to post as a first one!?

haha cool! you started one, i dont see any veggies in that picture dude?? lol
yeah... the pic was sent from my bf... see the price chart behind it? huge katsu-curry for only 750... he never lose weight in tokyo...
he would lose weight in london! everything expensive here! he would never eat!
Deesha prolly has a better perspective than I do on this, but it seems like Tokyo might be a good place to cut down on red meat start eating healthier. I know that I never ate fish or vegetables in the amounts I do now before I went to Japan. In Tokyo, I used to eat fish at least three times a week there. And negi and/or nori like everyday. In truth, it is probably easy to start eating healthier anywhere. It just takes determination. I definitely picked up some good habits in Japan and one of the best ones was will power.
i side with mom. veggies are good for you. more nutrients than meat, believe it or not. especially in tofu. >_<

do you still eat nori there in canada? it's great to hear that you got better eating habits here!
for me... it's a paradise... everything tastes so much better here than in the states, and i eat too much X(
